Your creativity. Your credit. Your rights. VibeReelz is built for original perspectives, not copied work. This guidance explains what creators own, what permissions an upload needs, and how rights-holders can raise concerns. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Content Policy.

1. You keep ownership of your original work

Uploading an original reel does not transfer copyright ownership to VibeReelz. Subject to the rights of other contributors and licensors, you remain the owner of original content you create. Under the Terms, you grant LifeNest Labs Inc. a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, share in accordance with your chosen settings, technically adapt, and moderate your uploads as needed to operate the service. This is an operating license, not an assignment of your copyright.

A public or unlisted post can be seen or reshared by others according to the app's functionality. Consider your audience and permissions before making a work available.

2. Upload only content you have the right to share

Before publishing video, audio, music, images, graphics, performances, or a person's likeness, make sure you own the material or hold all licenses, permissions, releases, or other lawful bases needed for your intended use. Purchasing a song, finding an image online, adding a watermark, or naming the artist does not automatically give you permission to post or adapt it.

Music matters. Recorded tracks can carry separate rights in the musical composition and the sound recording. Depending on the use, synchronization, master-use, performance, and other licenses may be needed. A soundtrack licensed for one service may not be licensed for VibeReelz.

Third-party clips, film scenes, television material, sports footage, logos, and photographs can also require authorization. Creative Commons and stock licenses have specific conditions; read them carefully. Exceptions such as fair use depend on context and applicable law, and do not guarantee that an upload will remain online.

3. Respect people as well as intellectual property

Get appropriate consent and releases where required for recognizable people, performances, private locations, and commercial uses of a person's name or likeness. Never upload nonconsensual intimate imagery or exploitative material. You are responsible for privacy, publicity, contractual, and other applicable rights as well as copyright.

4. Report a possible rights violation

If you believe content on VibeReelz infringes rights you own or are authorized to represent, email support@vibereelz.com with the subject Intellectual Property Notice. Please include:

  • Your name and a reliable way to contact you, along with the rights-holder's name if different.
  • Identification or a clear description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other rights claimed.
  • The VibeReelz URL, creator handle, or other precise location of the allegedly infringing material.
  • An explanation of the asserted rights, your authority to submit the notice, and why you believe this use is unauthorized.
  • Where a formal statutory notice is required, the additional statements, signatures, or other information required by the applicable law.

Do not include unrelated sensitive data or send unlawful imagery as attachments. False allegations may carry legal consequences. This email is a contact point for intake, not a representation that a statutory DMCA-designated agent has been registered.

5. What happens after a rights report

We may ask for more information, review the material, restrict access during review, remove content, notify affected parties when appropriate, or take action for repeat violations. Where applicable law establishes specific notice or counter-notice rights and procedures, we will follow those legal requirements. We cannot resolve every ownership or licensing dispute and may direct parties to appropriate legal processes.

6. Respond if your content was challenged

If your upload was removed or restricted and you believe a report was incorrect, you may ask for review by emailing support@vibereelz.com with the subject Copyright Dispute. Include your username, the removed content's location or ID, any notice reference, a factual explanation, and evidence of ownership, permission, or applicable legal exception. Depending on the law and claim type, a statutory counter-notice may be available and may carry legal consequences; do not submit one without understanding the requirements.

For a non-copyright moderation restriction, use Reporting & Appeals instead.

7. Repeat violations and account action

Repeat infringement or attempts to evade rights enforcement may result in removal, restricted publishing, or account termination as described in our Terms. Rights complaints can also implicate our Community Guidelines and Content Policy.

This guidance is general information, not individualized legal advice. LifeNest Labs Inc. should obtain jurisdiction-specific review and, if seeking U.S. DMCA service-provider safe-harbor protection, complete appropriate designated-agent registration and publish accurate agent details before asserting that status.
