Welcome to VibeReelz — Real People. Bigger Vibes. These Terms govern your access to the VibeReelz mobile apps, website, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Community Guidelines and Content Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use VibeReelz. If you are under 18, you must have the legal ability to accept these Terms, including any necessary consent from a parent or guardian under the laws of your location. If the service cannot meet a jurisdiction's requirements for minors, we may restrict access there. You may not misrepresent your age or create an account for a person who is ineligible.
You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live and not be subject to an existing suspension or ban.
2. Your account
Provide accurate registration information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may offer optional extra sign-in security, but routine multifactor enrollment is not required to hold an account. Staff and administrative access may be subject to stricter security rules.
We may take reasonable steps to verify eligibility or protect accounts from abuse. You can request account deletion by following Delete Your Account.
3. What VibeReelz does
VibeReelz helps users discover existing short-form video content using text or voice prompts, refine discovery, and save reusable feed interests called Vibes. Users may upload authorized videos, follow creators, interact with posts, and share public or permitted links. A prompt-based feed is an automated recommendation and may not always match your intent.
VibeReelz's core prompt feature does not generate an original video on demand. Some features, availability, and account settings may change as the service evolves. Direct messaging, livestreaming, creator payouts, and marketplaces are not part of the initial service described here.
4. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of original content you create and upload. You must have all rights, releases, licenses, and permissions needed for uploaded videos, audio, music, images, captions, profile details, and other materials. Do not post copyrighted clips or commercial music without adequate permission or another lawful basis.
By submitting content, you grant LifeNest Labs Inc. a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the period reasonably necessary to provide and operate VibeReelz, to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display, distribute through the settings you choose, create technical adaptations such as thumbnails, and perform moderation and safety review of that content. This permission includes use by vendors acting on our behalf and sharing that is necessary to operate the platform. It does not transfer ownership of your content to VibeReelz.
If you make content public or share an unlisted link, other users may encounter or share that content in accordance with available features. You are responsible for deciding what to publish and for the information you make visible. We may retain limited records after removal where justified by law, safety, backup operations, or investigations.
5. What you cannot do
You must follow our Community Guidelines and Content Policy. In particular, do not:
- Upload or promote child sexual exploitation, grooming, or sexualized content involving minors.
- Threaten, harass, stalk, dox, intimidate, or encourage violence or self-harm.
- Publish sexually explicit material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, exploitation, or hate-based abuse.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other people's rights.
- Mislead users through scams, impersonation, malicious links, coordinated manipulation, or undisclosed deceptive synthetic media.
- Collect data through unauthorized scraping, access systems without permission, bypass controls or restrictions, or interfere with platform security.
- Manipulate recommendations or engagement using bots, spam, fake accounts, or other deceptive activity.
- Use the platform for unlawful activity or to facilitate prohibited transactions.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may use automated tools and human review to process submissions and evaluate reports. Content can be delayed, limited, labeled, blocked, removed, or made unavailable; accounts can be restricted or terminated, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. We may preserve evidence and report suspected crimes when law requires or permits it.
Report problems through the in-app report features or Support. If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, request review by emailing support@vibereelz.com with Moderation Appeal in the subject. We do not guarantee that every decision will be overturned or that every report will receive an individual explanation.
7. Intellectual property and complaints
VibeReelz branding, product design, source code, and service content other than user-owned material are owned by LifeNest or our licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not reuse these materials beyond permissions expressly provided to you.
To report alleged copyright or trademark infringement, send a clear notice to support@vibereelz.com identifying the protected work, the content and its URL or other location, your contact information, and an explanation of your rights and why the use is unauthorized. We may request additional information for notices subject to applicable law, and we may remove repeat infringers.
8. Purchases and subscriptions (if offered)
If paid services become available, price, duration, renewal terms, trial terms, and benefits will be shown before purchase. Mobile purchases may be billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and those providers' payment, cancellation, and refund processes can apply. Deleting VibeReelz does not necessarily cancel an app-store subscription; manage cancellation through the original platform. Any mandatory consumer refund or cancellation rights remain available.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep VibeReelz available and reliable, but features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical, or legal reasons. We may discontinue a feature or restrict a location where necessary, with notice where required by law. You are responsible for keeping backups of material important to you.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, VibeReelz is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, particular reach, follower growth, recommendation accuracy, or creator earnings. Nothing here excludes warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights. To the extent legally permitted, LifeNest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This section does not limit liability where prohibited by law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using VibeReelz and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for material violations, unlawful activity, harmful conduct, or threats to service integrity. Parts of these Terms that by nature must survive termination — such as ownership, legal notices, disputes, and permitted record retention — may continue to apply.
12. Disputes and applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Where a choice of law is legally permitted, California law applies, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before starting a formal dispute, you may contact support@vibereelz.com to seek informal resolution. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived by law.
13. Updates and contact
